On December 19, at the 2021 Zhongguancun digital economy industry alliance Congress and Huawei Beijing City Summit, Lu Yong, senior vice president of Huawei and President of China, said in his speech that from 2018 to 2021, among the 8300 benchmark enterprises in the world, the top 10% enterprises that fully embrace digitization have increased their revenue five times faster than the last 25%, and the gap will continue to expand in the future. In 2020, the total operating income of state-owned and state-controlled enterprises will account for 62.3% of the total national economy, which is the most important main force in the tide of digital economy. The digital transformation of state-owned enterprises is not only a way to become stronger and bigger, but also related to the success or failure of China’s digital economy.
