This digital space called “nikeland” allows players to equip their virtual image with Nike digital products, and any Robles user can access the space free of charge.
At present, users can play games such as “tag”, “the floor is lava” and “dodgeball” in nikeland. Nike also allows developers to design their own mini games using interactive sports materials.
At present, metauniverse is a popular word in the science and technology industry. This shared virtual world allows users to interact with others in the form of virtual avatars, participate in online concerts or buy digital products.
Strategy analytics, a market research company, predicts that the global meta universe market will reach US $6.16 billion in 2021 and US $41.62 billion in 2026.
Nike said: “with its global headquarters as the background, Nike has created such a customized world in rob Roth’s immersive 3D space. Its goal is to turn sports and leisure into a way of life.”
