Huawei releases first display mateview: 4K resolution mobile phone supporting wireless connection


Tencent technology on May 19, Beijing time, Huawei held a new product launch of full scene smart life, and officially released its first display product mateview. This display mainly focuses on high-end business office scenes, and continues the 3:2 display ratio of Huawei’s matebook. Huawei believes that such a display ratio can provide a greater vision in displaying web pages, working software, etc. The whole machine is made of aluminum alloy and weighs 6.2kg.
In terms of specific parameters, Huawei mateview has a 28.2-inch 4K resolution screen, which supports 98% P3 wide gamut coverage and 100% sRGB coverage, with a refresh rate of 60Hz. In terms of interface, mateview has countered with one full-function usb-c, two usb-a, one HDMI, one minidp and one 3.5mm headphone hole.
Mateview has two design features. One is the smartbar that appears under the display screen, which controls the menu of the display through a touch bar. At the same time, there is a wireless connection area on the base of this monitor. By touching this area, Huawei mobile phone can cast the screen to mateview in real time.
In addition to mateview, Huawei has also brought mateview GT, a display that focuses on game scenes. The monitor has a 34 inch curved screen, 21:9 display ratio, 165hz screen refresh rate, 3440×1440 pixels resolution and P3 wide gamut. In the base part of mateview GT, a sound bar is designed, which has a built-in loudspeaker and supports touch volume adjustment.
In terms of price, Huawei’s mateview sells for 4699 yuan, while Huawei’s mateview GT sells for 3599 yuan.
