China Mobile is in the early stage of discussion, according to the Financial Association on March 16.

According to a number of foreign media reports, on December 31, 2020 local time, the New York Stock Exchange issued a statement saying that in order to comply with the trump government’s executive order prohibiting Americans from investing in “Chinese enterprises with military background”, three Chinese companies, China Unicom (Hong Kong), China Mobile and China Telecom, will be delisted.
Subsequently, on January 5, 2021, the New York Stock Exchange issued a statement saying that it no longer plans to promote the “delisting” of China Telecom, China Mobile and China Unicom.
China Mobile issued an announcement on January 7, saying that in the future, it will make another announcement according to the listing rules and applicable laws of the stock exchange of Hong Kong Limited.
