Google employees form a Global Union


In the early morning of January 26, Beijing time, more than 200 employees of Google and other departments of its parent company, alphabet, formed trade unions in the United States and Canada last week, and now Google employees around the world are forming a union called “alpha global”.
According to uni Global Union, alpha global was set up under the coordination of the union. The global Federation of trade unions is a federation of trade unions representing about 20 million workers worldwide. Its members include trade unions from the United States, Germany, Switzerland, Sweden and the United Kingdom.
“The problem of alphabet is not limited to any one country, it has to be solved globally,” said Christy Hoffman, Secretary General of the Global Union of trade unions
Alphabet has yet to comment.
