Gree Electric announced yesterday (December 27) that, nominated by the nomination committee of the board of directors, the board of directors agreed to appoint Deng Xiaobo as the vice president and Secretary of the board of directors of the company, and Shu Lizhi as the vice president of the company.
Wang Jingdong, who had been in Gree for 18 years, resigned naked in August this year and no longer held any position in Gree. Later, it was revealed in November that inside information was leaked to help acquaintances make profits.
In November, due to the fact that Gree Electric has not employed a new secretary, according to the Listing Rules of Shenzhen Stock Exchange, Dong Mingzhu, chairman of the board of directors, acted as the Secretary of the board of directors.
It is understood that Deng Xiaobo joined Gree Electric in November this year. From July 2015 to November 2020, Deng Xiaobo served as the chairman of Shaanxi coal chemical industry group finance Co., Ltd. Shu Lizhi joined Gree Electric in December 2019 and served as deputy director and director of Wuhan special office of national audit office.
