Recently, Huang Zhang, founder of Meizu, withdrew from Zhuhai Meizu Technology Co., Ltd. (formerly known as Huang xiuzhang) as a shareholder, according to Tianyan. Previously, he denied that there was a mistake in the industrial and commercial system.
At the beginning of this month, it was reported that Huang Zhang had withdrawn from the ranks of shareholders of Meizu technology, but Meizu related people responded that the matter was inconsistent with the facts. It was a mistake in the industrial and commercial system, and there was no recent equity change in the company.
Not long ago, many directors, such as Hu Xiaoming, CEO of ant financial services, Huang Zhipan, Huang Zhangqin, Qi Weimin and so on, also withdrew from Meizu industrial and commercial shareholders.
At present, Meizu company has 11 shareholders, the largest shareholder of which is Zhuhai Baiye investment partnership (Huang Xiaoqin holds 88.5684%), Hangzhou Meitou Information Technology Co., Ltd., one of Alibaba’s investment entities, and Tianyin communication Holding Co., Ltd., the operating entity of Tianyin holding, etc.
