Apple will invest $330 million to build a factory in Taiwan, and develop microled as a top priority

According to the report, Apple has set up mini led and micro LED R & D laboratory in Longtan Park of Zhuke as early as 2014, with the address of 55 Longyuan 10th Road, Longtan District, Taoyuan City, and registered as Apple’s Taiwan Branch.
According to Apple’s latest registration data, the new factory will be named “longsan factory”, located at No. 88, Longyuan 8th Road, Longtan District, Taoyuan City, near the current factory. The registration data also shows that the person in charge of longsan factory was Zhang Shichang, former director of Tongbao Optoelectronics (later incorporated into qunchuang) and director of Huaying.
Ming Chi Kuo said in March that Apple plans to release at least six Mini LED products by the end of 2021, namely 14 inch and 16 inch MacBook Pro models, IMAC pro, 12.9 inch iPad pro, 10.2 inch iPad and 7.9 inch ipad Mini.
