A picture to read B Station’s second quarter earnings of 19 years exceeded expectations by a large margin


On August 27, Beijing Time (August 26, Eastern Time), NASDAQ: BILI, the leading young cultural community in China, released its unaudited financial report for the second quarter up to June 30, 2019. In this quarter, the total revenue of 1.54 billion yuan, which has passed the tenth anniversary, has increased by 50% year-on-year, greatly exceeding market expectations.
The foundation and driving force for strong revenue growth comes from the continuous high-quality growth of B station users. In the second quarter, the monthly users of B station reached 110 million, an increase of 30% compared with the same period last year. Among them, 96.2 million live mobile users per month, an increase of 35% over the same period of last year. With the continuous expansion of high-quality content and the continuous promotion of commercialization strategy, the number of monthly average paid subscribers has more than doubled to 6.3 million year-on-year, and the non-game revenue from single-month live subscribers has also increased by 102% year-on-year.
